  • Study the nature of requirement: When contacted by a client for a vacancy our experts study the job specifications in detail i.e. nature of job, qualification required etc.
  • Search Candidate: Our database is scanned for candidates, meeting the job requirements.
  • Short listed Candidates:
  1. Candidates are called for a preliminary interview in order to ascertain the capabilities of the candidate as per details furnished by them in their resume.
  2. Prior HR will brief the candidate about the career prospects and the company and job profile in detail.
  3. Credentials of the candidates are reconfirmed.
  • Selection by Client: Resumes of the candidate short listed by us are sent to the client for an interview and selection.
